ok i searched this whole forum but it didnt help, I cant find the bonus giver can anyone tell me what his exact name is and where is is ?
this site that gives info about bonuses doesnt help either:

Don't remember his exact name but he is along the back path you take at the very start. This should be able to describe better then I can.

You're not trying to do this mission by opening the main doors are you? The easiest way to find the bonus giver is to use the back exit, follow the reddish path through the canyons until you come to a open area. Just before you go into the gullies on the other side of the open area, go to you left. (Yes you will have to go around a pit with a crystal in it.) You will see a canyon to your right in it is the quest giver.

Use alt and cntl buttons to see names of things through objects at a distance. When you're up in the rocky area, just keep going up and to the left and follow the edge of the zone as much as you can. Eventually, you should find the quest person.
